Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is essential to us. Grhamoy offers hassle-free returns & exchanges within the guidelines below:

We offer hassle-free returns & exchange, Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. A further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up service from 3rd party courier company, if there service is available at customers end. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 10 business days from the date of the request and refund 7-10 days after receipt of parcel at factory and upon its final inspection.

Return Guidelines:
All items undergo thorough inspection before dispatch. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns are at Grhamoy's discretion.

To be eligible for a return, we require below in our email cs@grhamoy.com :

  • A video recording of the unboxing/opening of the rug/carpet/home furnishing item at the time of delivery.

  • At least 3 clear photos highlighting any defect, damage, or deviation from the item ordered.

Returns will not be accepted without both the unboxing video and the required photographs as proof.

Items Purchased in Sale, Special Discount or with freebie are not eligible for return.  

In scenarios where the initiation of a return is undertaken for merchandise wherein no apparent defect, damage, or deviation from the visual and textual representation as delineated on the aforementioned platform is discernible, and subsequent to the discretionary acceptance of such a return predicated upon evaluative procedures conducted post-arrival of the item at our designated facility, any eligible refund disbursement shall be subject to an adjustment reflecting the incurred logistical expenditures associated with the bi-directional conveyance of the product.

Soft Furnishings: Return within 5 days of delivery if:

  1. Unmet expectations.
  2. Genuine defect or transit damage.

Bath Items: Return within 48 hours if:

  1. Unmet expectations.
  2. Genuine defect or transit damage.

Decor: Return within 48 hours only if the product is damaged, broken, or the wrong item.

Other Categories: Return within 5 days of delivery if:

  1. Unmet expectations.
  2. Genuine defect or transit damage.

Please Note: Only one free replacement for non-damaged products. Additional replacements incur a shipping fee determined by Grhamoy.

Exchange Policy: We don't offer direct exchanges. For a new item, initiate a return and then place a fresh order.

Refunds on products bought under certain sale:
Please check sale terms & Conscious before buying. For example any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.  

Return Pick-Up Policy:

  1. Make a return request via our website or email at cs@grhamoy.com within specified timelines.
  2. Include order number, product images, and reasons.
  3. Returned items should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags.
  4. Quality check failures at pickup will result in non-acceptance.
  5. Pack securely to prevent transit damage. 
  6. Pickup within 4-10 business days from request, depended upon 3rd party courier service availability.

Cancellation of Return Request: If the pickup is scheduled and you wish to cancel, inform the logistics provider directly or email cs@grhamoy.com.

Digital Payments: Refunds are returned to the original payment mode, usually within 4-5 business days.

COD Transactions: Refunds are as Grhamoy Credits for the next purchase. Refunds initiate post receipt of the returned item and after its inspection and final approval.

Note: Refunds for self-shipped lost items are not granted.

For any concerns, reach us at cs@grhamoy.com (Mon-Sat, 10 am-6 pm). However, note that we do not address queries on WhatsApp. Queries unresolved over the weekend will be addressed the next working day.

Exceptions: To maintain hygiene, select categories might not be returnable. Grhamoy reserves the right to modify these exceptions without notice.
